William Saliba, the French defender for Arsenal, has been out with an ankle injury since the start of the season. The 18-year-old has made a number of appearances for the Gunners in pre-season and was expected to make his debut against Huddersfield Town at the weekend.

However, he picked up an ankle injury during training on Monday that ruled him out of the game. He is currently being treated by the medical team and is not expected to return to action until after the international break.
